No you do not. You can come at any time during business hours.

What is the proper Customer Care procedure for my freshly painted car?

After repairs and paintwork have been completed. You must wait 30 days to get a car wash and 90 days before you apply wax or polish.

How long will my repairs take?

There are many things that effect repair timeline. Such as, extent of damage, insurance company estimates and supplements. Locating parts and actual labor times. Every car is different when it comes to repairs. Some cars can take 3 days, some 3 weeks.

What should I do before making an appointment?

If you are going through insurance, you should send over your estimate from your insurance company. If you are unable to send this. You can provide us with the claim information to get a file set up for repairs. If you have not had your vehicle seen yet. We suggest calling your insurance company and have it looked at before dropping off. This will help speed up the process.
What is a betterment? Betterment is the insurance company’s depreciation of your repairs based on mileage and/or prior existing damage. If you have any questions about betterment, you should ask your insurance adjuster as it is always determined by the insurance company.

I received an insurance check, what should I do with it?

When you drop off your vehicle for repairs, you can sign the check over to the shop at the time of repairs or at the end of repairs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa/MasterCard/Amex or insurance payment.

Will you handle everything directly with my insurance company?

Yes, once you drop off your vehicle. We will have you sign an authorization form that will let us work directly with your insurance company.
